Day 75
Treadmill: 41 minutes/3.4 miles
Ran 3 miles!!! Again, it was a struggle in the beginning, but I'm so glad I stayed with it and finished.
I'm contemplating doing a 5K at the end of April (which benefits autism research in Oregon) or the Cinco De Mayo 5K at the beginng of May. The former might be more scenic, less populated, and obviously, a worthy cause. The latter is a race around downtown and I suspect will draw a big crowd. I'm not sure I want a big crowd around when I slug through my first race!

Day 70
50 minutes or so/3.5 miles
First time I ran OUTSIDE! Ran around Glendoveer golf course. It was a bit harder than the treadmill. Must be those hills, eh? I did feel like I was going a bit faster. I got tired a little sooner than normal, so I only ran about 2.25 miles.
